I wish I would have read the reviews 1st because it definitely runs small. My daughter wears a size 10 and that is the size I purchased. The shirts are literally sucked on to her belly. I'm going to keep them so she can wear in the house and order the next size up for activities outside the house. Quality of the shirts a great. They are not too thin and the colors a vibrant like the picture. Definitely order but get the next size up.
