Our decals are peel and stick. ALL items on this listing are printed on a coated, durable fabric material that is repositionable. Coated fabric looks similar to vinyl … it is not soft and fuzzy like felt. The difference between fabric and vinyl is that fabric will not stretch and is difficult to tear; whereas, vinyl will stretch and tear easily making it non-repositionable. This is just as the description says: printed on fabric instead of vinyl so you can reuse it, remove it with tearing. It takes a while to put it up though because all the branches and every single leaf has to be applied separately. Nothing is attached, but the instructions and diagram are clear and easy to follow. It would be nice if there was a picture of the completed product included though. I had to keep going back to Amazon to see what the tree was supposed to look like when I was applying the branches.
