Bought for my 4 yr old and she loves it, had a issue with it the forward stop working and I emailed the company, they asked me to take to an electrian to look at the switch,i don't have time for all that. I am pretty much am mechanically inclined and figured out the problem and ordered a new 3 prong toggle switch for $15 and fixxed it myself before going through all the hassles of sending it back. Runs fine now and got a $50 refund from the company for the trouble and they were quick to answer and emails I sent them so they were very helpful to try and resolve the problem because I didn't want to ship it back.
